  • Major Damage on Delivery: The item arrives significantly damaged and unwearable.

  • If the product label is damaged, cut, or tampered with, the return or exchange will be void.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees.

  • Minor scratches, slight bends, or small stones loosening during transit are not valid reasons for a return.
